SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) - Nvidia Corp. on Monday said it has agreed to buy Icera, which develops baseband chips for cell phones and tablets. Nvidia said it will pay $367 million for the Bristol, England-based company. Shares of Nvidia slipped a fraction before Monday's opening bell.
