NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Samsung Electronics won't be able to lodge injunctions against Apple Inc. as long as the Cupertino, Calif.-based computer maker appears willing to negotiate license agreements, according to reports Thursday citing the Korean company. A court in the Hague ruled that it appears that Apple did not violate clauses on fair, reasonable and non-discrimminatory terms, so Apple is permitted to sell products in the Netherlands, Samsung spokesman James Chung told The Wall Street Journal. The court ruling amounts to a setback for Samsung in its patent battle against Apple.
