CHICAGO (MarketWatch) -- Restaurant firm AFC Enterprises saw its shares rise 15% Thursday following its release of third-quarter results. Net income was 24 cents a share, a penny better than the average estimate of analysts polled by Thomson Reuters. The company also lifted its 2011 earnings forecast to a range between 93 cents and 97 cents a share, up from its earlier projection of 91 cents to 95 cents.
