Silver currently broke it's MA(50) could provide good entry on dips. Historically, when interest rates would increase, it was a time to sell silver that was then this is now. I don't think we will see a return to those times as silver industrial demand will only grow stronger.

I also don't thin they will raise rates this year. Here is the video worth a watch.
