    BHP Billiton had been hard a work in Arkansas trying to get in on the Fayetteville Shale play. There has been much discussion about the methods that are used to reach these oil reserves, fracking. Recently, there has been talk of releasing to the public the contents of the chemicals used in this process. Either way, BHP is feeling a backlash from Arkansas farmers.

    If you haven’t heard about the US shale boom yet, I would be quite surprised. Numerous energy companies have been buying up acreage all across the US and some companies are utilizing the resources better than others.
