U.S. finished mostly lower on Tuesday, giving back some steam after posting their biggest surge in a year in the wake of Europe s $1 trillion rescue package. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 36 points, or 0.3%, to 10,748.26, after gaining nearly 90 points during the session.
