Tech stocks fell largely across the board after Tuesday s opening bell, as traders cooled off after a sharp upswing on Monday. The Nasdaq Composite Index fell 23 points, or almost 1%, to 2,352, while the Morgan Stanley High Tech 35 Index dropped by 1% and the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index gave up 1.6%.
