Renren.com to list in U.S. this year: report

HONG KONG (MarketWatch) -- Chinese social networking site Renren.com plans to list in the U.S. this year, in an offering that could raise about $500 million and will be managed by Deutsche Bank, according to a report Monday in the Financial Times, which cited two people close to the situation. The listing could make Renren.com a leader among social networking companies in attracting funds and place it among the few vehicles for investors to gain access to the sector, the report said.
