Citigroup downgrades eBay to neutral from buy

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) - Shares of eBay Inc. were downgraded to neutral from buy by Citigroup as the stock approaches its $39 price target. Shares of eBay were down more than 1.4% in pre-market open trades. "We see the risk-reward as less compelling," analyst Mark Mahaney said in a note. "We do view the recent share price surge as well justified and, therefore, would be buyers of the stock on any material pullback, all else held equal."
